2. Answered each and every call and email in a reasonable time period.
3. Didn't condescend.
4. Organized and pointed out potential issues to clarify.
5. Easy going without being lax.
6. Didn't nickel and dime. For example  If/when we want to make a minor change on a document, told to just call-no charge.
